A belated post - early last year, I managed to invite myself along with Honey & Co.'s Sarit & Itamar when they took some of their wonderful kitchen team to Israel for research. The itinerary was clear - eating. Over four days, we must have sampled (& discussed in detail) a multitude of different pitas, hummus & tahinis. We ate shakshuka in Jerusalem, roast cauliflower in Tel Aviv, baklava in Acre & a fire pit lunch on Mount Carmel. Thank you for including me, Honeys!
